About RealBooks Pro

Austin's trusted bookkeeping firm dedicated to helping small businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals achieve financial success through expert bookkeeping and tax services.

Our Story

Running a small business takes guts. But managing the financial side? That’s where most owners stall out.

RealBooks Pro was built to keep that from happening. We handle your books, prep your taxes, and give you straight answers when you need help making business decisions. No jargon. No delays. No runaround.

After building and selling a firm that served hundreds of small business owners in the U.S., we started over in Austin with one goal: to bring reliable, efficient financial support to the people who actually keep things moving.

If you want clean books, on-time tax filing, and someone you can text when the business questions hit—welcome to RealBooks Pro.

Meet the Founder

I’m Eddie Valls—accountant by training, entrepreneur at heart.

I started RealBooks Pro for one reason: most small business owners don’t get the financial support they actually need. They get vague advice, missed deadlines, and stress at tax time. That’s not good enough.

Before this, I built and sold a firm that served over 600 small business clients. I’ve seen what works, what burns people out, and what actually helps business owners grow.

Now based in Austin, I work with local businesses that want their financial house in order—without having to chase down their bookkeeper or decode tax advice.

If that sounds like the kind of relationship you want with your accountant, we should talk.
